By booking a stay with Joyful Holiday LLC, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy and in the Rental Agreement. Our policies are designed to create a safe, comfortable, and seamless experience for all guests and property owners.


Booking and Fees

  • Reservations can only be made through authorized online travel platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia, TripAdvisor, Airbnb, and VRBO.
  • Our website is for inquiries, availability checks, and support only.
  • A cleaning fee will be added to all bookings. Some properties may require a refundable damage deposit equal to one night’s stay, as displayed on the booking platform.

Payment Methods, Payment Policy, and Rates

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, bank transfers. Payment details will be displayed on the booking platform.
  • Standard Rate Policy: Full payment is required within 24 hours of check-in or check-out for verified customers.
  • Promotional Rate Policy: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
  • Non-Refundable Rates: Full payment is final and must be completed within 72 hours of booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Rate: Free cancellation available up to 7 days before check-in.
  • Non-Refundable Rate: All bookings are final, and no refunds will be issued.
  • Refunds (if applicable): Eligible refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM
  • Check-out: 12:00 PM
  • Late Check-out: Upon request and subject to availability.

📩 Self-check-in instructions, emergency contacts, and property details will be sent 3 days before your arrival.


Property Use and Restrictions

  • No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
  • No Pets: Unauthorized pets on the premises will result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction.
  • Noise Policy: Please maintain reasonable noise levels, especially after 10:00 PM.
  • Property Care: Guests must respect the property and its furnishings to ensure a quality experience for future guests.

Additional Policies

  • Foreign Transactions: Additional banking fees related to international payments will be the guest’s responsibility.
  • Photography/Videography: Professional photography or videography is not permitted without prior written approval.

Additional Charges

  • Fees may apply for excessive cleaning, missing linens, or property damage (e.g., upholstery stains, broken items).

Sheets and Towels

  • All properties include fresh linens and towels. Fees may apply for missing or damaged items.

Limitation of Liability

Joyful Holiday LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items, injuries, damages, or delays beyond its control. Guests assume full responsibility for activities such as swimming, hiking, or using equipment at the property.


Condition of Rental

  • Guests are expected to return the property in the same condition as check-in, excluding normal wear and tear.
  • All damages or incidents must be reported immediately.

Privacy Policy

  • Personal Information: Collected data is used to process reservations and provide services.
  • Data Security: We implement strict measures to safeguard personal information.
  • Use of Information: Guest data is used only for booking purposes and is not shared without consent.
  • By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS notifications from JWE SERVICE LLC regarding reservations, check-ins, and customer support. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP.
  • If you no longer wish to receive messages, you can opt-out anytime by replying STOP to any SMS.
