• Standard Rates: Free cancellations are available, and no advance payment is required for these rates.
• Flexible Rates: Guests may cancel their reservation without charge up to 7 days before check-in. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
• Non-Refundable Rates: All bookings are final, and no refunds will be issued. Guests are advised to carefully review these terms before booking.
• Refunds: Where applicable, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Modifications to Reservations

• Modifications Made More Than 7 Days Before Check-in:
  • Guests may modify their reservation dates or switch properties up to 7 days before arrival, subject to availability.
  • Any rate differences resulting from the modification will be adjusted accordingly.
• Modifications Within 7 Days or Less Before Check-in:
  • Changes made within 7 days of the check-in date are subject to approval and may incur additional charges.
  • Changes are dependent on availability and at the discretion of Joyful Holiday LLC.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, government actions, or emergencies beyond our control, cancellations or modifications may be accommodated. Refunds or future stay credits will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
